Lecithin has long been recognized as natural surfactant with a variety of use. It's an invaluable tool in such industries as magnetic media, cosmetics, bakery manufacturing, paint, automotive, construction, plastic moulding and agricultural chemicals.

Lecithin is nature's most active surfactant and most versatile too. It can release, disperse, lubricate and control product viscosity and crystallization. It can act as a softening or wetting agent, an emollient and an antioxidant.

Main heart of the plant is rising film evaporator made out of S.S. 316 & Rest of the equipments in S.S. 304 & M.S. The gums are Pre treated & passed through scraper heaters where the moisture & phosphaties are separated. Then under high vacuum, the phosphatides are bleached.
